ETHICS CHANNELS

ODATA provides its Ethics Channel for receiving reports related to possible violations of laws, internal policies, or ethical principles.

The Channel is exclusive, confidential, and managed by an independent company, ensuring impartiality and confidentiality.

Reports can be made anonymously; however, if you prefer to identify yourself, ODATA guarantees the confidentiality of the information and protection against any kind of retaliation, as long as the report is made in good faith.

All information received will be treated with strict confidentiality and evaluated impartially by the responsible team, with the appropriate approval of the Ethics Committee.
