ODATA receives US$35 million investment from IFC for expansion in Mexico

ODATA’s and IFC’s partnership was also featured in BNamericas!

The IFC has signed a new US$35 million tranche of funding to support ODATA’s expansion in Mexico. With a Data Center already operating in the country, our plans to continue the rapid growth in the region, are ambitious. The Mexican IT market is expanding which attracts IT companies to the country.

“We have been in a firm partnership with IFC since 2020, this new tranche of funding came to support ODATA’s growth in Mexico. We were pioneers in the local hyperscale market, we were able to ensure capacity for the development of our projects and we are ready to serve a market that is undergoing major changes. In addition, we see great prospects for Mexico and Latin America”, explains Fernando Jaeger, Director of New Business at ODATA.
