DeltaFlow™: Liquid Cooling for High-Density Data Centers

Developed by Aligned Data Centers in partnership with Munters, DeltaFlow™ is a patented liquid cooling technology for data centers designed to meet the thermal requirements of high-density environments.

Created for a new generation of digital infrastructure, the solution expands the cooling capacity required to support increasingly intensive computing workloads, including artificial intelligence (AI) and cloud applications.

As the growth of AI and cloud computing continues to increase computational density and heat generation in data centers, the implementation of advanced cooling technologies becomes essential to maintain thermal efficiency across the infrastructure.

DeltaFlow™ uses a liquid cooling architecture designed to operate seamlessly alongside the Delta³ air cooling technology. This approach enables both air cooling and liquid cooling to coexist within the same data hall, creating a hybrid architecture capable of supporting different density requirements.

ODATA’s facilities utilize an advanced closed-loop system that continuously recirculates pure, deionized water. Operating as a secondary fluid loop within the data hall, DeltaFlow™ continuously recirculates its coolant, enabling highly efficient thermal management while minimizing water consumption associated with cooling operations.

The deployment of DeltaFlow™ in Latin America began at our DC SP04 campus in Brazil and DC QR03 campus in Mexico, where installation and first-phase testing are already underway.
